These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website, applications, charging facilities, and other services provided by PT. PODIUM OTO DAYA (EV-POD). By using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law. Information submitted to us must be accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Interfere with security, networks, equipment, other users, or normal service operation.

3. Charging Services and Safety
Follow all posted instructions, safety notices, vehicle requirements, and applicable site rules when using charging equipment. Stop using equipment and report the issue if it appears damaged or unsafe. Availability, charging speed, and completion time may vary due to vehicle, battery, power supply, connectivity, maintenance, demand, and other conditions.
4. Prices and Payment
Applicable prices, taxes, administrative charges, and any idle or parking fees will be displayed before purchase or otherwise communicated to you. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, completed service charges are non-refundable. Billing concerns should be reported promptly with relevant transaction details.
5. Partnerships and Third-Party Services
Partnership, concession, or site-evaluation submissions are preliminary and non-binding unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives. Our services may link to or rely on third-party products and sites. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
Our services, software, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
7. Suspension and Termination
