You may ask PT. PODIUM OTO DAYA (EV-POD) to delete personal data associated with your account or prior interactions, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements.
How to Submit a Request
- Email partnership@evpod.id using the subject “User Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the name, email address, and telephone number associated with your account or interaction.
- Describe the service used and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, PINs, full payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification and Processing
To protect your information, we may request reasonable identity or account verification. We will review a complete request and respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain the reason where legally permitted.
What Will Be Deleted
Once approved, we will delete or anonymize personal data linked to the request from active systems where reasonably possible. This may include account profile details, contact information, preferences, and other user-provided data that is no longer required.
Data We May Retain
Certain information may be retained where necessary to:
- Comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, court, or other legal obligations.
- Complete pending transactions and resolve disputes or chargebacks.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain de-identified or aggregated records that no longer identify you.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until they are overwritten under our normal retention cycle and will not be restored for ordinary business use.
Effect of Deletion
Deleting account data may permanently remove access to your account, saved preferences, and service history. Some services may no longer be available unless you create a new account. Deletion cannot be undone after processing is complete.
